I just want to take a moment to shout out the bank teller at the credit union — she is truly a blessing to work with. Every visit, she greets me with kindness, patience, and real professionalism. She makes everything smooth and stress-free, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. It’s honestly a blessing to be able to go back to the Milford branch right by my house instead of having to drive all the way to Bridgeport because of how poor the service used to be. The difference now is night and day. Her service is a huge improvement from the previous customer service experience I had. She goes above and beyond, and it shows. The credit union is lucky to have her, and I’m grateful every time I walk through those doors. Highly recommend seeing her if you want top-tier service! Thank you Val it was really a pleasure meeting you. -Francine

Absolute fire dumpster. The cutworm service is appalling! Went for a home equity loan and the manager of this department treated so bad that I didn’t want anything to do with her and dealt with the manager of the loan department. She wasn’t too great either but at least she didn’t go out of her way to be rude to me. People there are VERY dry and have no customer sensitivity. Regret going there tbh.

Milford branch Wondering where’s my last review with same individual, but let’s focus on today. Just left the Milford Branch, and once again, I am presented with difficulties with drawing funds from my account. N. Steer was given a withdrawal form and my drivers license. She looks at it and ask for another ID. I told her I don’t have any,. She then tells me I need two forms of ID to withdraw money and she can’t give me anything as she slides the form and license back to me. We went back and forth about my transaction. I insisted a signature check and a person she called asked did she verify my ss#? Steer did neither. Finally a man appeared, Chris, no title but claimed to work with the organization. He asked if a signature check was done. At the end, he ended up at the computer, told me next time I’d need 2 forms of ID, I collected my money and left, but not before noticing Steer, had this look on her face as if it were a smirk. It’s ok, as I said. I collected my withdrawal and left. I want to add, I‘ve been to the branches in Bridgeport and New Haven, but this is the only one I have the most issues.

Update: my loan has been processed The office did they what they did to help me out w rate but still Couldn’t honor original rate. And one of the higher ups apologized for the situation and lack of communication. The IP office was Closed when i needed a car loan so I had to use dealer financing. GE told me they would honor my new car rate on my preapproval. There was No expiration listed or mentioned. Most loan approvals last over 30 days. I work w mortgages and home upgrade loans. And we tell our customers or bank does when rate expires. My wife and I tried to Complete everything online and called and emailed multiple times. We asked if we could please do in person as we have done in the past. Then when we do get things done w loan officer over the phone, our rate was no longer honored. We were never told it expired in 30 days. When I spoke to a manager she wouldnt even apologize for the poor customer service and expired rate. Even after I said “no has even apologized, for not informing of us”. I told her i ve worked w bank for years on mortgage and past loans and she said “actually sir no you havnet!!!l”. My mortgage is with them!!! She called me liar!!!!! Absolutely livid unsatisfied and disappointed. And now the cars Are Considered used so we would not qualify for new car rates else where…
