I'm sorry but it is very difficult to contact and reach a rep when needed. No one answers the phone whenever I've called. The system service line has 4 options but doesn't let you reach anyone. The only way to speak with someone is to drive to a location. Just not happy at all. This has happened a few times. Needs to be fixed because making a trip to the bank to speak to a rep isn't good. A deposited check that I deposited hasn't been released into my account and it's been a week already!! No good!! I'm not sure but most likely will change my bank....terrible service! No one answers the phone and holding my check for a week definitely isn't good!! Just terrible

Call you will never get an answer. Website never updated. Hours are listed incorrectly. Not staffed properly so your service can’t be done if there’s only one person there. Find another credit union. Connecticut has so many.

Have been a member for years.. I don't work there anymore so getting to the main branch is not as convenient as it was when I was there. I LOVE the Long Wharf branch.. soo convenient, always have parking. Staff is soo sweet and accommodating, never have to worry about issues. ^5 YNHH FCU..uhm, I mean HCFCU 😊
