Called early evening about VERY dk brown water...did not get a return call ...dead silence from RWA. today there is a message when you call stating if you live in (city name) there is discolored water and they were working on it. NO NOTIFICATION TO RESIDENTS!!!! DISAPPOINTING to say the least. RWA needs to do better

Thank you to RWA for offering a superb series of "in forest" trails in the greater New Haven area. They are safely maintained and offer a range of degree of difficulty for everyone. At the same time it would be helpful to allow leashed dogs on at least some of the trails, with the same requirements as recreational property of the State of CT (Hammonasset et al) and individual town "Land Trust" property.

I absolutely love visiting RWA rec properties! It is 10000% worth the permit price, the properties are all beautiful, quiet, and filled with wildlife. I would highly recommend getting a RWA rec permit and visiting. I trail run, hike, and gravel bike at the various locations :)

We’re enjoy walking on several of the RWA trails. All are really well maintained. We especially like Lake Saltonstall.

I had a water main valve leak and I contacted them about coming out to shut water off before the plumber came. A nice woman called us back to let us know we were insured for coverage for this valve. We were so appreciative, we almost paid $600 for the emergency plumber to come out.
