Katelyn and Anita at CorePlus Credit Union in Norwich were both extremely helpful, professional, and kind while helping me resolve my issue quickly. It’s rare to come across genuinely great customer service nowadays, and they both made the experience smooth and stress-free. CorePlus is lucky to have them!

I almost always end up with Vanessa as my teller and she is absolutely the best. Always cheerful, attentive and knowledgeable. I’ve also had Katelyn and she was cheerful , accommodating and very pleasant. Great experiences every time. Customer service is the “make it or break it” of any business and so far Coreplus has been nailing it with their customer service skills

Called them today to try and see what a car loan would be through them. They asked me to spell my mother maiden name couldn’t do it off the top of my head while I was working and instantly received attitude And snappiness. You could defiantly pay interest with a more customer friendly credit union. Matter of fact charter oak is only a few minutes away I’d recommend them over ccpu after todays interaction

been very disappointed with CorePlus Credit Union. The service feels unfriendly, and staff often come across as dismissive rather than helpful. Simple requests turn into hassles, and I’ve left interactions feeling more frustrated than supported. Transactions aren’t always handled smoothly, and when issues come up, the response is slow and sometimes even condescending. A credit union is supposed to put members first, but that hasn’t been my experience here. Beware before opening an account — there are other credit unions in the area that treat their members with far more respect and professionalism.
