Friendly and nice. If not in a lightweight or smaller truck and trailer best if you go immediately to the right at the entrance and set up for the back. With cars parked in the marked their designated spots can be tricky, probably could of swung a uturn with condo but wasn't going to risk break an airline or tearing off the fender on the truck from hard jackmife turn. Place is fine otherwise, check in at the employee entrance next to docks.

Easy to find. Ignore the low bridge sign the customer is before the bridge so do not miss your turn. Be sure to come in from ct34 and turn onto toddy hill. Go slow its on your left. Don't miss it. They start unloading at 0800.
