From day one, I’ve experienced a true family-like atmosphere where members are treated with respect and genuine care, not like account numbers. The service is absolutely white-glove. The team takes the time to listen, explain options clearly, and make sure you feel confident in your decisions. What really stood out to me was Chris, the CEO. He personally stepped in to make sure I was taken care of, and that level of leadership and commitment speaks volumes about the culture of this credit union.

NWHCU is a great bank, these negative reviews are not a true reflection of the people inside. Every time I go in I am met with a smile, they are helpful, and kind. I have had 2 auto loans with them and they have the best rates around. I will continue to do business here, they are a wonderful company.

I'm honestly not sure why there are so many negative comments...I have only the best to say about this office and the employees that work there! I have been a member here for as long as I can remember, have numerous accounts and have also had many loans serviced through them. The interest rates are always the best and the employees go out of their way to be helpful and makes things easy for their customers!

Today is December 14th 2022,for 2 days now I haven't been able to contact the credit union via email or phone (just getting a busy signal).....the only way to contact them is by car in which I live about a half hour away and I need to handle my money to get my car out of the shop.......this is very unprofessional on this institutional part. They're basically holding people's money hostage......I wouldn't recommend this place because they should have something in order for people to contact them under these kind of conditions
