Walking into this credit union was one of the most degrading experiences I’ve ever had. I was brushed off and dismissed as if I wasn’t worth their time. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and unwelcome. The treatment felt discriminatory and unprofessional, and I would never recommend this place to anyone who expects fairness, respect, and basic human decency.

I had one of the most degrading and disappointing experiences at this credit union. When I went in to apply, the staff member completely dismissed me. Instead of offering help, he literally shooed me away and said, “ugh, you should probably just apply online and we’ll get to you.” I left feeling disrespected, humiliated, and singled out. The way I was treated felt racially biased and made me feel like I wasn’t even worth their time. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when seeking financial services. Respect and dignity should be the bare minimum, and this credit union failed at both.

I have found everyone that I have contacted at Skyline Financial to be extremely helpful and always looking to make your experience better. They are very accommodating and made my application for a camper loan so quick and easy. Their retirement savings plan was also a very easy process. The process to set up my small business account was so easy. They are always available, in person or on the phone, to answer any questions you have. Providing you with the service you need is important to them.

I absolutely love skyline credit union for the simply fact is there are no long waiting lines.. your in and out, and the employees are very very friendly and very very helpful. I feel very safe and secure doing my banking buisness with them and I never had an issue with them and I have been going to them for many years now, they helped me with a car loan a very simple process, which I assumed would have been difficult to do. I just wish there hours of operation was longer due to my work schedule but all in all a great company!!

Everyone there is so wonderful. They are knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you with whatever banking business or concerns you may have!! Yvette is the best!!! I have been with them for decades. Before they became Skyline and event hough I moved out of the area I didn't have to close my account. I am able to handle many things remotely via a phone call!!! This is the best bank!! They look out for their customers!!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
