I went in person to open an account, only to find out later that it was never actually created and no one notified me. Two weeks after my visit, I had to call to ask about my cards whereabouts, only to learn that my account didn’t even exist. Now, after the account was finally created, I’m in my second week of waiting for the card again, despite being told I would receive it last week or even within the same week. On top of that, the bank doesn’t provide a virtual card option, which means I haven’t been able to make purchases or pay bills for nearly a month. This entire situation has caused me serious inconvenience, and I deeply regret choosing this bank.

I cannot believe the lack of professionalism I’ve received from WTCU. I have clearly explained my problem with as many as 4 different people and after hours I have yet to receive a call back.

Elizabeth T from the loan department is a true gem. She recently helped me secure a car loan after my car was stolen in June. She was so personable and all of my questions never seemed like a burden to her, despite feeling like I was asking too many. Immediately after purchasing my vehicle, my husband wanted to upgrade his loan and again Liz helped him secure a car loan with a great and competitive rate- much better than what the dealership was offering. Most recently, Liz attended the member appreciation bbq and you could just tell that she genuinely was happy to be there. She was able to chat with us and not just talk to us and she remembers the minute details from the conversations you’ve had with her. We really enjoyed working with Liz and will continue to partner with her as a loan officer.

The director of this credit union is a great staff member. Josephine and Tracy are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are personable. They helped me open a checking account, gave useful information, help me with finances. They offer many incentives and treats and give calendars, etc. highly recommend!!

I have had a wonderful experience with this credit union. I have been a member for decades. Countless auto loans, mortgages, credit cards, personal loans - you name it - I was even able to procure an extended warranty for my daughters car. Obtaining a loan is fast and easy and the rates are unbeatable. The staff has always been wonderful to me!
