A teller by the name of Carter helped me this morning at the Windsor Locks location and could not have been more wonderful. He not only was a huge help and resolved my sensitive issue, but he was very patient and treated me with so much compassion and kindness. He also was so sweet to my spunky 2 year old son. He really stands out as a genuinely good human and it matters! I have always had good experiences at this branch. Thank you Carter!

I would give zero Stars. I feel like I was racially profiled by the Asian lady! So one teller takes my checks and says do you want to deposit. I said yes. Ten to fifteen minutes went by and then an Asian lady comes and asks the same thing. Don't know where the first lady went. Now I'm sitting there another 15 to 20 minutes and the Asian lady comes and says it'll be a 7 day hold. I'm like it's my 401k check. I can understand 3day hold but she gonna say I couldn't very it so seven days hold. She can absolutely verify it. I also have all paperwork. Im taking my business elsewhere and all of my people will too!

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!! Not worth the cost and hassle!! They have charged me thousands of dollars in fees, self inflicted internal fees, went here for auto loan, to save 1% and wish I didn’t. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made. Do not trust them with your money. Poor policies, poor management and leadership, poor internal guidelines… poor everything!!

Usually everyone working here is super nice however I went in today and waited almost a half hour to get to speak with someone with only two people in front of me and four employees. The woman I spoke with was super friendly, she said she was still fairly new so I understand she could be moving a bit slower. However, Sheila was the women working next the where I was being helped and I was watching her take the two customers beside me and she was very unfriendly. No smile on her face, just “hi i can help you what do you need”. Working in customer service myself you’re supposed to make the customer feel welcomed and she certainly did not.

Camara was wonderful!!! Kind, caring, thoughtful and professional. Transaction was smooth, and she explained everything to me.
