Most unprofessional bank on the planet. We had a car loan from them. We quickly refinanced and tried to close the account. They said we had to come to one of their locations but they close before we get off from work. By the time we are finally get a chance to close the account they have us sign a hand written form and we only have $6 of the $50 we had because they forced us to pay $3 for each monthly statement instead of emailing it to us.

I don't think any bank in the world dishes out more fees then this one. Anytime I have an issue or even a simple question that someone can't help with or answer, they say someone will call back. Noone ever calls
