My experience with this credit union opening an account has been outstanding. I must say the Assistant Branch Manager Alajia Diaz assisted me through the process with ease. She answered all of my questions & provided me with excellent information about my accounts. I am definitely bringing my family back so all of us can do our banking now with Del One! Please recognize Ms Diaz she is fabulous !!!!!

Gabrielle was AMAZING!! She was very kind and courteous. Did I also say professional, friendly and very understanding. If you are not happy with your current financial institution or need to open a new account..go to Del-One and ask for Gabrielle!!

I would certainly recommend establishing a relationship with Del-One FCU. I walked in there with the intentions of opening a secured credit card but was going to leave when I didn’t like the max limit. That’s when Tiara Frazier stepped in! She had great product knowledge and was able to get me a better product that better served me. I ended up leaving with an unsecured card 10x the limit I originally thought, a secured loan and refi on my car saving me over $200 a month on my payment. I will definitely be a customer for many years to come.

This is a dream place where customers save money to fund dreams, hopes and future endeavors. Decline is friendly, efficient and accessible. This modern facility has representatives to counsel and help you make good choices. This branch is especially welcoming.

I had a tough situation and the girls there took it upon themselves to go about and beyond to make sure I could access my funds that day. They were so nice, kind, and reassuring. Tiara Neal was the one that helped me out and she truly was so caring, and determined to help me get the best possible outcome she could that day, so huge shot out to her!
