I've been in and out of the hospital for a few weeks and have been low on funds. I called to ask for an extension for my loan payment and was told it's 25 dollars. Since I don't have 25 dollars I'm out of luck. Don't trust this bank with your money or a loan.

Dover federal credit union is a horrible bank and if I could give them negative -500 review I would . I called the morning of to confirm I was good to go on purchasing a ticket on Ticketmaster and the guy I spoke with said I was good to go. Hours later as I got selected to get a VIP ticket , the bank BLOCKED the payment and declined my card for fraud . They failed me and the ticket went to someone else . So here I am with no tickets thanks to them.

Great group of people here. All their locations are great but the Dover location is the best to me. Management is very understanding and will work with you to get things done. I highly recommend this location for both personal and business accounts. Apart from them being a Credit Union they are a very active local bank in the community which is what you look for in a bank.

Tellers are always friendly and helpful. The customer service rep. Bernadette was rude and unfriendly.
