I have been a member of this branch for more than 33 years and it’s time to take my business elsewhere. When your only loan officer, account manager I’m not sure of HIS title and The CEO defends unprofessional conduct and racist behavior it makes you look at the organization in its entirety. (Let’s just say I had a horrible experience and for me it only takes 1)After discussing my experience with several members I have been made aware. The people in charge make it difficult for people of color to get loans, charge high interest rates, your not earning even a penny of interest on your money, open late and close early only one person of color working. and for me I don’t feel valued as a member for more than 33 years I’ve been with the branch longer than the the person running the organization. I believe everything starts from the top and racism is something you CAN NOT HIDE. I am not asking for change when I can make better use of my DOLLARS somewhere else. Sincerely Submitted Tamerya Woods

I was a member of this credit union for over 28 years..I was fighting Breast cancer and the Manager, yes I said Manager called me up and demanded I take $29 dollars from my daughter's account and put it in mine to pay a fee I didn't cause. He said he would call me 4 more times to bother me.. AND I'M FIGHTING BREAST CANCER. I do not recommend this bank..STAY AWAY!!!

I love this place. I've been banking there for years. They know you by name and spend a lot of time with you reviewing options when it comes to taking out a loan. The credit card rate can't be beat. They've even called me when a payment was late to see if I want to pay it over the phone. You get to speak with real people, not just recordings. We've had several car loans and an equity loan through them. Their rates are very competitive.

I have been a member for 36 years and agree and will be closing my accounts here also. They have progressively gotten worse over the years.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
