I have been with the Credit Union for over 30 years and have never had an issue until recently. I went in to the Main Street office to get a new debit card on Nov. 5. I was told the machine was down but they would order me a new one. It has been 2 weeks - no card. I left numerous messages and sent email. No response. Spoke to a teller this morning. Card was never ordered. Unacceptable!

We recently got “hacked” while on vacation in Cabo for over 500.00. Needless to say I was panicking….. that’s a lot of money. I called & spoke with Matt (Matt had just given us his business card 2 weeks ago ) & he went above & beyond to get our money back as quickly as possible even being 2300 miles away. I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism & commitment to help us. He really does care about the customers. He is an asset

No one answers. I gotva call from Fraud..tried to call office numerous times, no answer and mailbox is full. Poor business for a financial institution and have the nerve to merge with another FCU.

Louviers FCU has been wonderful. The fraud detection department is top-notch and effective. The tellers and office staff are extremely helpful and solicitous. And the online banking is easy to use and reliable. I have banked there for six years and have had only good experiences.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
