The worst credit union. Horrible customer Service!! The owner actually had the nerve to tell me that I didn’t know how to pay my bills when they repo’ed my car after I told the supervisor plenty of times that I couldn’t pay the bill. She told me she would note my account.. she never did, and two months later, she said we haven’t heard from you. Melissa is awful! Now with my personal loan, I’ve never once asked for a hardship request, but she said they are all out of options and I already asked for a hardship for this account… yeah I’ve never asked for a hardship request for my personal loan/credit card and now my card will charge off. They are all liars!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Maybe you all should wake up and see that people are losing jobs everyday because of the economy! I will continue to tell my friends how horrible this place is!

These people don’t understand how to calculate DTI (debt to income ratio) or LTV (loan to value) manually or have the understanding that an appraisal does not affect DTI. This was the manager of the department. It’s like talking to a brick. Go somewhere else. If you need a home loan or equity loan. What an absolute joke of a financial institution. They literally said that they use the Zillow value in their estimate of home price when calculating. You ever hear of an AVM LMAO.

There is a very good reason they have such a LOW review rating! Just try to deal with them and you will see! Plenty of other banks to deal with tagat are more helpful and friendly.

Great place and people. Staff is always helpful with whatever your needs are, especially the tellers. Thank you for being you

Absolute worst. Every time I call there for help I spend 30 minutes getting passed around between member services and cardholder services and nobody wants to take accountability or deal with the problem.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
