IThink is a great bank with incredible customer service that goes above and beyond. They have always been able to solve hard situations and come up with solutions. The bank manager Sandra Garcia was phenomenal in helping with one of our account that was hacked. She was always there to help and guide in all bank procedures. She was patient, understanding and supportive. I would recommend her if anyone needs true guidance.

After over a decade of loyalty, it's disappointing on how the Credit Union has deteriorated. It’s abandoned its once core values and new approach is corporate bank mentality more than actually helping the members who fund its existence. Incompetent customer service to deal with complex issues which are met with blank stares and canned responses. Any member who falls victim to fraud or a compromised account is treated as persona non grata and will be penalized instead of supported. CHRISTY in the Fraud Department exemplifies this approach because of her lack of consideration or understanding in matters. It’s clear CHRISTY in a role she’s unqualified for, likely secured through internal favoritism rather than merit. It’s frustrating to see how internal staff will attempt to make a name for themselves on backs of member's hardships to promote their own career's reputation meanwhile completely annihilating individuals finances. CHRISTY'S direct actions have devastated members’ financial stability, irreparably damaging credit scores long-term and as a result financial recovery is unattainable. There’s no insight, no real plausible solutions, just isolation and pushback for people who have already been targeted by scammers. This isn’t protection it’s negligence disguised as policy. Credit Unions are once known to stand for trust within a community & preferred over big traditional banks, but that trust has been eroded. Members deserve better than to be ignored, punished, neglected & treated like liabilities.

What can I say? I’m only 18 years old first time opening up a bank account for my self super clueless on how… very superstitious on who to trust to help me. Manager Marcia Almeida changed that ! She was absolutely brilliant, went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and got all care I needed I left super happy 😊. She has the best customer service !

I needed help with my account online and Guerline was so helpful and patient with me. There was another man who told me they would be right with me. Great customer service at this bank as always.
