EFCU always takes care of you. They are super easy to work with. They truly care and want to help you achieve whatever you need. Though they have processes, they don't inundate the customer in them. I was able to call them on the phone and go online to sign all of the loan documents, without even stepping foot in the bank. They made the loan experience stress free. Oh and their rates beats everyone else's! Thank you for taking care of us and helping put us in our new truck!

I've been a member for over 20 years and the service that I have received has been excellent As soon as I walk In to the building I always been received with a friendly help and directed where I supposed to go. All their services are great and never had an issue that could not be resolved in a timely matter. Honestly can recommend this branch for all your financial needs!
