Although I am not a member of Teacher Federal Credit Union, I have had a close, front-row view of the organization’s operations and unfortunately, the consistent issues with leadership are impossible to overlook. The credit union suffers from noticeably poor management, which is reflected in its extremely high employee turnover. This instability doesn’t just affect staff morale; it inevitably impacts member experience and the overall efficiency of the institution. What’s even more concerning is the lack of accountability within the leadership structure. There appears to be no true avenue for escalation, as the manager is responsible for handling all mail and communication directed to the board. This creates a closed loop that prevents concerns, complaints, or critical feedback from ever being reviewed by anyone beyond the immediate management level. Management transparency and strong leadership are essential for any financial institution, and based on what I’ve witnessed, Teacher Federal Credit Union is falling short in these areas. I hope to see meaningful improvements in oversight, communication, and staff support in the future

ATM refuses card from another Credit Union. Allows you to go through all the steps and then prints receipt saying your card can not be used here. My credit union says there is nothing wrong with my card or account.
