I highly recommend Connect Credit Union for all your banking needs. I don't go into the branch very often, but when I did (this past week) I was blown away. I was greeted with a smile by Mr. Elyaderani and noticed that although he was handling multiple responsibilities, he maintained his professionalism throughout our interaction. It can be challenging being an AVP of Branch Operations, as well as taking care of customers and training new employees all at the same time, but Mr. Elyaderani makes it look easy. He should be commended! From a member since 1999!

Stephanie helped me today 8/28/25 with an urgent financial matter. She was kind, patient and compassionate as she walked me through the steps to transfer money. Every time I’ve worked with someone at Connect Credit Union in the last 10 years, I’ve been met the traits Stephanie portrayed today. She went above and beyond this morning, thank you!

Been with Connect Credit Union since they came in our area. Never had a problem with them. When I did have a concern about a multiple payment from a doctor's office I contacted them and Stephanie helped me out. She sent me everything I needed to fix the issue. Stephanie thank you.

Connect Credit Union is the best credit union in the state of Florida ! The staff is well trained knowledgeable dedicated customer oriented focused on your individual banking needs of the day and whatever tomorrow brings ! I want to shout out to a member of the staff for her management to recognize a superior team player and the ultimate professional Stephanie ! What a total standout in performance for any task that you made need for of your multifaceted banking concerns of the hour day week you name it ! Connect Credit Union is a great place to do your banking. They are always watching out for their customers. My favorite teller, Claudia Benavides, is SUPER good at her job. She kindly helps me no matter what I need. I have banked here for 29 years and will stay here!!
