Thank you for being there for me and my mother through every season of our lives. Your support hasn’t just helped us with finances—it’s helped us keep going on the days when life felt heavy, and even in the months that tested us the most. You’ve shown us patience, understanding, and genuine care, and that means more than I can ever fully express. Even on my off days, you’ve treated us with kindness. Even when things were rough, you made sure we never felt alone in figuring things out. Because of you, the road ahead feels clearer and smoother. I’m truly grateful for everything you’ve done for us. With appreciation, Edna and Wilton

I had a problem that Melissa, with customer service at the Eglin Pkwy branch helped me with. She checked and spoke with fellow employees and determined the problem didn't originate with the credit union. The problem was with a utility and their billing service. Even though it wasn't her responsibility, Melissa went out of her way to help me while communicating with the utility's customer service. It took almost 20 minutes to finally resolve the issue. Melissa was so professional, helpful, and courteous in her interactions with me. Thank you, Melissa.

Open a savings account with These scheisters ten months ago I gave them a hundred dollars to open a savings account then they charged my account a 10 dollar per month non activation fee until all my money was gone isn't that special. Don't walk away from this bank run not only do they rip you off. They don't want lend you any money. They say no way more than they say. Yes, there's way better lending institutions and banks in this town than these crooks.

OH THEY HAVE MESSED UP!!! How are they going to have ATMS that eat your money and not deposit it in your account and then say transaction canceled???? I’ve heard about this on multiple occasions and trust me when I say the police will be involved in your SCAM. Get ready for the biggest lawsuit y'all have ever had.

Honestly, just switch to Ally Bank or any other banking service that doesn't charge you overdraft fee after overdraft fee. This bank runs on archaic practices used to suck as much money out of customers as possible and keep them broke. Oh, and did I mention their overdraft fee is $35 PER attempted transaction??? It's been over year since I switched banks and I'm sooo much happier and less stressed.
