WORST BANK EVER!!! I had a balance of 300$ in the account, I deposit a check and my balance go -300?? Then I have to call bc they don’t even care calling in regards something like this??? I found out that due to the lack of “RELATIONSHIP” we have your check in hold for the next 5 business day😂😂😂, from my previous employer, we are talking of a 2100$ weekly check?? And now I can’t pay my expenses and rent??? JOYCE she says that due to this it will be like this for a while? And mentioned that my real funds of 300$ will be available in about 1 hour? Then I’m at Panda Express and got my card declined 😂😂 I called very unsatisfied and she managed to fix the issue in about 30 seconds!!! THIS IS NOT A BANK! they play with your money and if they don’t feel like fixing your issue they won’t truste me, I came here bc people say that credit unions are better?? Wrong I’ve never had an issue with chase and now I just have a new account on discover with 1% Cashback on a debit card😂 And now I have to wait until Tuesday to get all my funds and transfer them to my new bank. They tie your hands by making you write behind your check the account number handy and sign it, so you can’t cancel the deposit and take it somewhere else to cash it. This is so fishy and I had a terrible experience. This is Ivan and I can’t wait to go and close the account even tho it’s a negative thing to do on my end.

I had an issue and they fixed it thank you guys I appreciate it. I am really happy that they called me and the branch manager worked something out for me. Good job actually GREAT JOB. They are always friendly and I am definitely happy about the turn of events.

Carlos, Dawn, Leona n Stella,Joyce this Team ROCKS, There are not enough adjectives to describe their AWESOMENESS. I so appreciate each of them. Nobody does banking like Coral Community FCU. The optime of professionalism, courtesy n kindness. Cant say enough about them💕
