I went in the this branch to inquire about a paid off loan. I was not prepared for the level of insolence, disrespect and downright nastiness. Instead of answering my questions, Sarah just kept raising her voice and talking over me. Clearly, her intention was to bully me into submission, rather than to answer my questions. This is the antithesis of normal customer service. Looking at the other reviews, I see this isn't all that unusual. That is just sad. I'll certainly remember to avoid this financial institution. Strongly not recommended.

Sarah is very professional, polite, and helpful. She helped us with a crazy 2.5 hour morning going from 1 branch to another and our bank in a different state (DO NOT recommend the branch off University Ave). Sarah deserves more then these 5 stars, she went above and beyond!

Sad that bank branch in downtown Gainesville FL has weak hours on Saturday or none at all. The young lady at the counter whose only been downtown branch was very helpful. However , counter heights like in most places don't understand they need lower counters for disabled in wheelchairs to be more accessible to us as a customer. Please help us live full lives but becoming more accessible so you can see us. Ty.

This branch has always been very good with customer service until today. The lady in the drive thru was so rude I was literally in shock how she even has a job there. All I was requesting was a receipt of some kind as she had told me I would get one emailed to me and I hadn't received one minutes after the transaction. She preceeded to talk to me in a very condensing manner and actually told me "go ahead call corporate and tell them how rude YOU were to me" WOW unacceptable behavior from a so-called bank professional . It's almost as though she doesn't believe she could actually be held responsible for her horrific behavior. This is unacceptable. Sure do hope the company addresses customer service practices with this young lady.

Called 6 minutes before they closed and they just kept hanging up on me. They would pick up the call and place me back on hold and then hang up.
