Sadly today I closed my account after almost 30 years with Campus. After moving out of state I made the decision to join a local credit union and transfer everything here. In all my years with them I never had a serious issue with them. I lost count of the calls, texts and emails to verify charges that didn't look right. They caught every attempt to get into my account and saved my butt. I loved being able to talk to a human with any issue I had, I lost my card several times and was issued a new one the same day at the nearest place. They have me my 1st car loan then several more over the years. All the staff were amazing all all the branches and I'll miss them. Thank you for decades of great service.

This missive is to commend Ms. Kersten Harrington, who works at 34th st. Campus branch. On November 5th, I placed an online order (1 item) for a product I researched for its validity, (I was familiar with the individual who created the research behind the product). The order taker/shipper recorded 3 items and listed a recurring purcase status. I immediately presented at 34th st. Campus, signed in and Ms. Kersten immediately invited me into her office. I explained the situation and she politely yet authoratively, walked me through the security precautions available. The advice was to block the account and open a new one. I shared with her that we utilized that account for over 15 years and desired to talk it over with my wife. Her patience and knowledge reassured to discuss it with my wife and return the following morning. That evening, a charge was processed and the following day I returned to Campus. Ms. Kirsten once again advised me to close the account which she effected the closure, reopened a new account and presented me with the new cards. She informed me how to contact our repeating services and simply change the account information. Her patience was unprecedented and her social skills are unsurpassed. Combined with service knowledge and business acumen were soundly reassuring. A model employee and very kind person. Sincerely, R. Joseph Hatin and Cecilia W. King.

Noah is an awesome teller! He was extremely polite to me, and greeted me with a smile. He was very helpful and asked me questions to ensure I was getting exactly what I needed. Never had any issues with Campus before, and this branch is a good location with plenty of shaded areas to park!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a proud member of Campus USA since 2012, and over the years I’ve had multiple auto loans with excellent interest rates. I truly enjoy being part of this community. Today, I visited the SW 34th Street branch to notarize a lease agreement and was assisted by Mrs. Ariana Rammer. I want to highlight her kindness, professionalism, and the warm, genuine way she treats customers. Her friendly and attentive service made my visit not only easy but truly pleasant. People like Ariana make a real difference and bring tremendous added value to Campus USA. She is an outstanding representative of the credit union, and I feel proud to be a member.
