This is hands down the worst financial institution in Gainesville. I went to the ATM to deposit cash and the machine had an error. It took my cash and did not deposit the funds into my account. Machines have errors I get that, however when I called I was told “Sorry we can’t help you” “No one is here to help” “You’ll have to wait until Monday” Other financial institutions in Gainesville are open on the weekends excluding Sunday and they are present for their customers. I also get abysmal service at the 43rd street location. The tellers have deliberately looked at each other while I wait to get assistance. They are waiting for someone to take responsibility and actually do their job. And the fact that they are closed on Saturday just leads to 1.) Massive lines at the Drive Thru 2.) Huge influx of customers on Monday. I’m not against an institution taking care of employees but I have been neglected on multiple occasions and this is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been going to Radiant since I was a child and they were “Sunstate Federal Credit Union” and I have never been more let down by the bank.

I would like to thank Dane for being very professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I was having a very rough week and he helped me open my account very efficiently. Walked me through setting up my online banking account and provide any and all information I asked for. During this time we also had a few laughs, which given the week I was having was a welcome surprise. My fiance referred me to Radiant and has always had nothing but excellent things to say about the facility in Lake City. I have had nothing except an exceptional experience with the branch in Gainesville and Dane is an asset to Radiant. Thank you so much for your time and help.

The most supportive, informative and customer friendly banking establishment I’ve ever dealt with so helpful regardless of which branch I go to consistently wonderful across the board. Thank you for being so kind. God bless y’all and have a wonderful new year.

This bank is so awesome. Everyone working there is so great. Someone I recently talked to when I had issues with something was Ari. She was amazing and helped me so much. You should really use this bank.

The worst bank I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. You call and leave travel notes, they will still lock your card just for leaving the county. It makes me sick the amount of time I’ve spent on hold just begging to use my own debit card while traveling. If you walk into a branch you will be ignored and left waiting in line for up to 20 minutes(I have walked out both times I have visited a branch because of this. Their customer service reps also barely speak English! I’d recommend about any other credit union or bank.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
