When banking there is no one nicer and more approachable than Shannon Giordano from the Hollywood branch. She makes sure you have a pleasant interaction and always willing to provide guidance and answer your questions. Thank you Shannon for always making my experience a pleasure.

I have to say Jennifer Lizardi is a GEM. She is such a pleasant person to work with. I got a super great rate. Service was so seamless in the purchase of the vehicle. She has the patience of an angel. I am very hard to please, she and her team (Frank) went above and beyond. I got the truck i wanted at the payment that was right. At the end of the day i would recommend Sun credit union. Again as harsh as i am with my ratings this is one case i wish i could give 10 stars!!!!!

I recently purchased a new vehicle. The process with Sun CU was a breeze. They work with you to get it done and beat everyones rate. Jennifer got it done in a record time. I won't right how long so that it's not an expectation. It was a unique case for me and she really stepped up. Thank you very much.

I’ve been banking here for years and in person the service was decent until after Covid. I moved to another state and the service became horrible for banking with sun credit union. I’ve told them three times to send me a debit card with my businesses name on it. I called them two separate occasions and told them that they sent me a card with my name instead and they act confused and then apologize and send me another card tied to my company but with my personal name again. They also sent the same exact color card for personal and business accounts which is ridiculous because they look identical and both have my name on it which they should not. Horrible service and clearly incapable of doing there job. They really sent me the same card three times with the wrong name. Do not bank here at all. Especially if you live outside of Florida because they will only give you a headache. USAA is a legitimate online out of state banking service that is professional and can do there simple job.
