I have been a member of FFCU for over 40 years and have had numerous accounts there through the years for loans, savings and checking. Prior to that I had been frustrated and aggravated too many times to count with the impersonal and fee ridden big bank industry. FFCU staff are polite, cheerful and very helpful, whether in person at the bank, inside or drive thru, or by phone. It’s nice to have your face and voice recognized and to be treated with respect and as if you matter to them as a customer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. If you need help in a financial decision, call Teresa, the manager, or Jennifer, the loan officer. They can help with your questions and offer suggestions. The FFCU rates are good and in line with other institutions. So much of the finance world is done online now that not having multiple physical building locations is no longer a problem.

If I could rate them lower than a one, I would. Terrible customer service. My husband has been a member for over 35-years and has had one issue after another over the last 5-years. They could care less about their members, and do nothing to try to resolve issues. We will be closing our accounts ASAP.

I've been calling for 3 days straight trying to complete my application. I was told I was going to receive a callback by the end of the day on 3 separate occasions and still haven't received a call back

Only one branch, there's more need to be said? Unless not forget their fraud detection, you going on vacation and you let them know and sure enough as soon as you leave the state they cut your card off for suspicious activity when you let them know ahead of time that you are going out of state. Hey let's go to the closest branch oh wait they only have one branch. Genius.

Since my mothers passing I have had to help my elderly father with assistance to take care of his bill's. Mom was the one who done all the bill paying. I have found nothing but problems with the farmers federal credit union. My father has dementia and doesn't understand some of the descriptions they would tell him about his banking account which lead to closing and opening around 6-7 account's and caused a landslide of problems with his bill's and cost me hour's and hour's getting everything straightened out I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone they have cost my father hundreds of dollars in NSF FEES and countless problems between me and my father that took weeks to repair our relationship and regain his trust. I believe the bank employee has played on his medical condition for profit PLEASE BANK ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER AT THIS BANK
