Customer service needs improvement, quality of the service is below adequate, employees lack training and technical abilities to operate basic bank functions. You can no longer pay for loans with an external account, only ways to do it is with a third party- and they will charge you a fee to do so, and there is a $2,000 limit per payment. I spoke to the manager about these issues, especially issues regarding online transactions. They were unable to help with the issues and finally I told them I’d rather pay my entire paramedic loan than to deal with their financial institution and their systematic incompetence. I also mentioned that this will result in a loss of money on their end, due to interest. They told me they understood but didn’t make any efforts to fix the situation.

I agree when you have been there for more than twenty years and now they're trying to treat you like there a normal bank and not the credit union that started out to be and that's wrong the employees are treat us like we're not important and they want to charge us fees upon fees on everything and anything when we never were prior. And it just makes you want to leave it because is it worth the aggravation that you get from the people when you call.

Branch manger was very unprofessional and condescending. She didn't care or even want to talk to me. She talked at me as if I was a child she offered no solution to fix the problem just shutting my account down with no warning or anything which I tried explaining I wasn't getting any statements. I was told that's not my problem. I closed my account sure way to treat a family member of a retired fire chief.

CEO Phillip is running the bank into the ground and a sorry excuse of a person. Feel bad for what employees are left from when the bank was a good bank back from old CEO. New CEO is a joke.

Friendly staff but don’t expect anyone in above positions to actually look out for ‘firemen’. Better luck begging at a big name bank.
