I want to give a big shout out to Faye Wood and Team. I unexpectedly had to buy a new vehicle. Faye made the process super easy and guided me every step of the way. Her customer service and communication skills are phenomenal. She did not tell me just what I wanted hear. She gave me ALL the options available to me so I could make an informed decision. I am so glad I had this amazing experience with Faye and the Radifi Team. This bank and team have always met and exceeded my needs. A heart felt THANK YOU!!! On Halloween morning of “2025”, I woke up wondering how as a single mother with two teenage daughters I was going to be able to provide this holiday season. It’s getting cold outside, therefore, kids need winter clothes and how am I going to be able to provide for the holiday season dinners as well as gifts come Christmas. So I decided to reach out to my bank Radifi to see if I can get a loan. That morning when I called the bank, I was greeted with a pleasant voice by a woman name, TIFFANY who works in Lending/Accounts. I can hear in her voice that she had years of experience and had the knowledge that the company needs and that she was definitely a valuable asset to the company. I spoke with Tiffany the initial part probably didn’t take no more than 10 minutes for her to gather my information and pull my credit. Once she got the information she needs within 30 minutes, I received a call that I was APPROVED. Within 10 minutes after that, the loan contract was in my email for me to sign, then within five minutes after signing the contract, the money was in my account. This process had to be one of the smoothest processes taken less than one hour from start to finish. I am so grateful for RADIFI and the service that they provide to their members. Speaking with Tiffany was truly a delight, almost bring tears to my eyes and that’s tears of joy. We even had time for small talk not much just for her to advise me how much she love her job and that she has been doing it for over 25 years, I believe. Tiffany, I just want to say thank you from me and my family for making this holiday season more than what I expected. I hope you continue to provide good service to the members. Thank you RADIFI. I haven’t had any trouble with this bank. 💪🏽

The car loan process was very easy and fast. Diane and all her co workers were very nice and knowledgeable. We were approved within minutes. We found the perfect vehicle and the cashiers check was waiting for us at the branch closest to us. This is our second car loan with RadiFi and we are very satisfied with the service we received.

Great customer service. I applied for a credit card and they called me and we talked about which card is best for me and what credit limit I wanted. I get paid on Wednesday night instead of Friday morning. Do not use a bank that is too big to fail also known as Wells Fargo and BOA etc......
