Addition Financial in Orange City never fails to impress and always keeps the client's best interests in mind. My latest experience is due to the kindness , clarity and personable interaction I had with Rosie, an assistant manager at the branch. As I entered the building, I was warmly greeted by Rosie who invited me into her office. My purpose in visiting was to renew a small CD that had reached its maturity date. Rosie handled the transaction flawlessly as well as shifting some other funds into it per my request. Throughout our time together we had a purposeful and informative dialogue regarding a variety of topics pertaining to my accounts. Rosie is extremely personable and knowledgeable, and when I left her office I felt respected and appreciated even though my business was of a minor nature. Thank you Addition Financial for continuing to put the client first, and thank you Rosie for an enjoyable moment in my day.

To whom it may concern, I want to sincerely thank Angel from Addition Financial Collections for her outstanding customer service and assistance in helping resolve a credit dispute involving two negative late payment remarks on my credit report. The issue occurred during the merger transition from Envision Credit Union to Addition Financial, and Angel was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did she clearly explain the steps needed to address the dispute, but she also took the initiative to personally follow up with me afterward to confirm that the matter had been resolved and that the two negative reports had been removed from my credit history. It is rare to encounter someone who is both compassionate and proactive in customer service, and Angel truly went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate her dedication and professionalism. I spent over an hour on the phone with a pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful young man name Sebastian. The Envision and Addition merger has created a lot of changes but working with someone like Sebastian makes this transition a smooth process. My experience with Raquel was wonderful. She is knowledgeable and gives very clear directions on the next steps. But most importantly, she is so patient and kind. She was very polite, telling us, "Take your time," "You are welcome." She spent time with us to assure us our accounts were in good order. She provided a solution to our problem. we had the pleasure of dealing with Rita Ellis and Tanya Dillard from the Additions Lake Mary brand. They showed up on Saturday (their off day) to meet us and take care of our matter due to the sensitivity and the criticality of the timeframe Of the issue since we were flying out early Sunday morning. Their willingness to go above and beyond to Meet with a customer showed their empathy and the care that they have for their customers.
