Neil is absolutely amazing. He walked me through the process of opening a new business account and answered all questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and provided amazing customer service. I have had my personal account through MidFlorida, so I am very excited to add my new business through them!

Came in to open a new account and was able to get everything done quickly and smoothly. Every teller at the counter was very polite and helpful in answering questions and Neil Atkinson was able to set me up with everything I needed while making sure I was informed. Very satisfied with my experience

Had this bank for years. While trying to discuss a transaction that both my husband and myself share a checking account. The help desk person would not discuss the fraudulent transaction with me because it was made in my husband's name. They needed his permission to speak with me. Considering this is one bank account shared by both of us. This is a terrible way of conducting business. Considering changing to GTE. How do you conduct business if they won't. A terrible help desk person.

I was denied a product that is clearly advertised on their website. I was overlooked in the lobby. And the employee assumed I was going to use a MidFlorida credit card to rent a car and potentially wreck it. MidFlorida does a lot of racial profiling and assumptions based on stereotypes. I closed my account and will take my business elsewhere. When I googled MidFlorida + discrimination, there were so many stories and lawsuits of customer/member experiences.
