I had the pleasure of getting a teller named Andrea today! Very engaging, personable, kind and knowledgeable. She deposited my check and enrolled my money into a CD on the spot! And she recommended a great lunch spot, since we were in town from Brooksville. 🙌

I just want you to know that both tellers Kia & Andera both treat me with the most respect whenever I come to Publix Credit Union. They take their time and handle my business transactions exactly how I want them regardless if their is an easier way. They are very detailed & always ask me if I’m satisfied or need anything else. I am a new member just got enrolled When I first arrived I was greeted by friendly 😃 smiles and wonderful hospitality from the staff kia...we laughed at how we had the same name lol,😃 thenshe directed me where to go to become a new member .Ms.Trinity Smith has signed me up and I felt comfortable and she explained everything to me i needed to know. She was very bubbly and has a wonderful Personality and very Professional. It was a wonderful experience for me .I will most definitely tell my coworkers and my family to join PEFCU....I am a Satisfied customer 🙂

I have been banking with PEFCU now for 38 years. It is ALWAYS a great experience! I’ve never considered banking anywhere else. Today was no different. Kia was my teller and she was awesome, very pleasant and nice. If you lucky enough to get called to her desk, you will leave happier than you were when you got there! 😊

I had an absolutely marvelous experience with Monica Santiago! From start to finish, she delivered exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond in every way. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made my entire experience unforgettable. I was truly impressed with the level of dedication she demonstrated. Monica didn’t just meet expectations, she exceeded them. I will be telling everyone I know to go to Monica because she outdid herself and set the bar incredibly high. Highly recommend!
