I've been a member since 2015, and I've always received great service, but this past week Amy Hocking stepped it up a notch! I originally called about getting financing for a tractor, but Amy took the time to really look over my credit report and ended up finding ways to help me refinance my truck, car, and even a couple of credit cards at much lower rates. Because of her suggestions, I’m going to save a significant amount in interest. She didn’t just process the loan I asked about, she actually took the time to look at the bigger picture and help me improve my overall situation. She was super responsive, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. It’s rare to run into someone who genuinely wants to help you save money instead of just pushing paperwork through. Huge thanks to Amy for going above and beyond. Pinellas Federal Credit Union is lucky to have her!

I’ve done all my banking at this Credit Union since 1986 and never had any problems. What really annoys me is they charge $5.00 for a bank check that’s ridiculous I shouldn’t have to pay anything. If I was requesting multiple checks then charge me but the first one should be FREE.

I don’t know about y’all, but I’ve always hated dealing with finances. The information can be overwhelming, and it’s hard to know who to trust. But all of that changed when I found Pinellas Federal Credit Union. The process was quick, easy, and honestly stress-free. They offered me the best auto loan rate in the city, hands down! A huge shoutout to Amy Hocking, the Assistant Branch Manager—she’s an absolute wealth of knowledge and made the entire experience feel personal and empowering. I’m genuinely excited to keep building my financial future and relationship with Pinellas Federal, thanks to her.

Avoid this financial institution like the plague. No better than any multi-national banking corporation. Nickel and dime you to death, no real customer service to speak of. It may seem tempting to use this bank if you are a county employee. It's not the money, its the time, aggravation and frustration dealing with these people. Doesn't matter if you have $100k or $10 in your account, you're going to be disregarded in the same manner.

Bank with a navy credit union and when their chronically broken cash deposit atm are over $500 and shut down they never responded to the dispute. That atm always seemed broken or shut down and they still to this day haven’t done anything & are deleting reviews about that drive through atm. DO NKT TRUST IT IS BROKEN & you will not get any response even if your own credit union files against them.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
