We just recently switched to this local credit union after being with a big branch bank for years. I regret that we didn’t switch sooner!! The service we have received has been phenomenal! Every time we walk in, no matter what teller is at the desk, they greet me by name before I even tell them any info. They respond to messages within minutes and are always so nice. The personal touches they provide is something a big branch bank could never provide. I’m so glad we decided to go with them and I just know we’ll be lifelong customers now!

I recently switched from a larger bank to my local Tru-Fi, and EJ Carasco was incredibly helpful in setting up my account and ensuring the whole transition went smoothly. I was initially hesitant to make the change, but after EJ’s recommendation, I’m so glad I did!

Just switched over to Tru Fi. EJ helped us make the switch. He was helpful and pleasant to work with! We were seen super quick after coming inside. The process was smooth and fast! I highly recommend!
