I had the pleasure of being assisted by Hannah and Andrea at the Launch Credit Union located at the Kennedy Space Center Central Campus, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their level of service. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Both Hannah and Andrea demonstrated excellent knowledge of the services offered and were patient in answering all my questions. They made what could have been a routine transaction feel personal and efficient. Their teamwork and positive attitudes created a welcoming atmosphere that truly reflected the values of great customer service. I just want to give a huge shoutout to Deby, Emily, and Pam at the MFF Launch Credit Union. Their service is truly out of this world (no pun intended)! They are always so pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction with them is a positive one, and their willingness to go above and beyond never goes unnoticed. Honestly, I look forward to seeing their smiling faces so much that sometimes I stop by just to say hi. It’s rare to find that kind of welcoming energy these days, and it makes a big difference. The most dishonest and untrustworthy bank I have ever experienced. I worked for NASA and this bank was the only one near my office. I ended up leaving the job. I'm not local and did not use my account for over a year. This bank STOLE $5/account/month for over 12 months. When I asked them why they didn't just close the account and return my money, they acted as if doing so would not be appropriate. But stealing someone's money is...I hate this bank with a passion. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I plan to file a complaint against this bank for unfair practices.

Hannah has excellent customer service. She is always eager to help and has great work ethic. She is always offering new promotions and making sure that I'm at my best when it comes to my finances. I really appreciate that. They are truly awesome out here.
