Last week I went to Jetstream to initiatiate a transaction and was cordially greeted by Rodrigo Fernandez. During the process, Rodrigo made me aware of Jetstream's other services that could also be beneficial to me. He patiently answered my multiple questions and I left feeling well informed. Today, I returned to take advantage of an additional service. Thank you Jetstream and thank you Rodrigo for amazing customer service.

I have been banking with jetstream for a long time and they continue to give me outstanding service. Today I visited Rodrigo Fernandes in the Miami Lakes location and he was outstanding. Made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommended.

Johanne just helped me fund a HELOC at their great intro rate! Plus their normal rate is discounted from prime unlike many other big box banks. I was funded in about 2 weeks because of how professional and proactive Johanne was during the entire process. If I were the boss, Johanne earned a raise this week! Thank you to Johanne and the whole team, I know she has a great boss and excellent co-workers on her side too. I feel like my business was welcome and they made me feel valued unlike other Credit Unions in the Miami Dade area.
