Not customer friendly experience at all.rates were somewhat competitive….full stop No option to pay down balance from external sources without paying extra. One time only courtesy pay over the phone. Not allowed to pay more than $3000 at one time Don’t try calling after 4:00 pm Please bring this institution into the 21 century for employees and outside users 🙏 this bank should do better.

Beware of late payment posts, glitches in the system where payments disappear and then reappear, and a bunch of overdraft late fees. I have never had an issue with baptist federal credit union if anything nothing but great things but they're starting to become like wellsfargo and BOA where they steal your money with late fees. There system charges late fees when it deems fit. Even when you deposit funds immediately it does not matter. Extremely upset. Ive been charged $110 overdraft fees.

Beware fake cashiers checks coming from this place. Not sure what's going on with it but have recieved and know some people who have recieved fake cashiers checks in the mail from them. Just beware if you get one, hopefully they fix this problem soon.
