The receptionist was great. She was nice and polite. However, my husband had an account there. And I came in to transfer his money over to a new account that I was opening up but II gave them all of the information on me. For my identification, however, my husband had me down as my nickname. And with his last name, so I showed him papers of our marriage license, desertificate, my identification. And I also gave them a check with my nickname on it. That was deposited into my new account with Ed fed. But somehow they are telling me that I can't take the money that he left in his account. When I was there on December 1st with him, we told the cashier to change my name. And ask her, did we need to see the receptionist? I pointed over to the receptionist, and she told me no that she changed it in the system. I feel that it's unfair for them to not give me the credit of my husband's money in their bank. And I gave them all the information I can give them. I have no proof that my legal name is what he had on the the account. But I did have a check that one of my church family wrote for me in the name that they have at the bank.that's the only proof I have. I did bring in a paper I sent in a paper with my name. Known as from the social security office, and I'm hoping that everything that I have given them would be enough to release the funds that my husband left .

My experience was great at EdFed my loan officer was very knowledgeable she did not rush me,or pressure me at any time to take a loan. She took her time and explain all of the benefits as well as the paperwork, she was polite and efficient. She email me back within a timely manner of me emailing her and was very helpful to my process. Very great experience! Went for an auto sale event and got approved for the vehicle on the spot and drove off with no issues.
