UPDATE: Management called me back and followed up on my experience. Rating has been updated. It has been an absolute nightmare working with the loan department to have my car financed. Zero leadership/management presence. No accountability between the associates. I have been bounced around in between five different loan reps and nobody seems to have an answer. I have been placed on extended hold times as they scatter to try and “figure it out”. My work and personal time is being consumed by this. Very unprofessional and extremely unpleasant situation. I hope no one ever has to go through this.

Shared Branch Co-op, if your credit union participates in shared branch Co-op this is the best place to do a transaction. Never a problem when I need to deposit or withdraw from the credit union I use. Very professional, courteous and friendly tellers. No paperwork for using their shared branch. Never a long line. I prefer their tellers and customer service over my credit union across town. They are very accommodating with disabled people so A++++

Not worth it. Had one loan with them and tried to consolidate a credit card. Instead of the new loan being for the credit card they refinanced and payed off the first loan and increased the rate from 10 to 16 percent. Then acted like it was my idea to do it.... so the card is still there. And they just uped my rate....
