I took out 2 CD's from saving account with Carmen over the phone as I live some distance from Miami. The entire process took less than 20 minutes. The next day, I had problems in down-loading the documents to sign, and after a few phone calls, we found the problem that I didn't click on all needed boxes to auto sign. Great patience and customer service as well as prompt service in returning my calls.

They have not caught up to the times. Any other bank including other credit unions are able to email you or provide certain information you may need. With this Credit union there is a cost for everything including a print out of your bank account statements. Good service but still haven’t caught up to 2019. And also the lady that always picks up no matter the reason for your call insists on speaking Spanish. So make sure you’re bilingual.

I'm still waiting on a call back from a week ago for something as simple as being suspended from my online account. I wanted to start utilizing my account for more than just small transactions. This makes me not trust that I can have my money in this institution and have access to customer service and online banking as I am used to. Wish I recorded the person's name who answered the call she was a bit rude.

i never was able to open an acct w them bc the federal security guard was so rude and aggressive with me i left. he personifies that toxic masculinity and zero people skills (w women anyway) that we've been reading about). i wonder how much business this guard loses for the credit union every month?
