If I was not the man I am. I would be feeling probably the worst ever about myself as a human, American and father. Because of what my address is here in miami. They would not let me give them my cash to hold in there ummmmmm "credit union". The guy at the counter says because you stay at Camilla's house we won't accept you as a member. I told him I am still a human. But being human is something they are not. Inhumane is more like who they are. They just keep me in my face, shove me off the boat into the ocean by a life jacket or even better they set me on fire. That's how I feel with how they treat me. Unless you like looking down on people in the shelters. Don't go there. They are not human. Anyway. Wow just wow. And they give this not kind service at a hospital.

I was experiencing some difficulties with my car payment last month and Mrs. Leticia Rodriguez talked to her manager and other departments to help me resolve this matter. In the mean time, she would call me to let me know how the situation was progressing, and guided me to solutions to this problem. She is very nice, understanding, attentive, and efficient. This month, I, unfortunately, had the same problem again and, again, Mrs. Rodriguez kindly helped me resolve the situation. As always, she worked diligently, efficiently, and quickly to resolve my issue. I'm very grateful for the amazing help I received from Mrs. Rodriguez. I recommended her services 100%. Had a wonderful experience with my auto loan for used car purchase thanks to Leticia Rodriguez who helped me through the process for months with her amazing customer service. She worked with me for several months while I tried to find the right car. She was extremely accessible, helpful, and friendly. I hope to be able to work with her again in the future!

Amazing and smooth process, Doris Garcia is a great asset to your company. She treat us with compassion and effectiveness. She for sure will handle of all of our family accounts.
