The branches are friendly. The algorithm they're using when processing payments is designed to make them money. The pending payments are often hidden so you don't see the details also they intentionally will apply NSF fees to ALL of that days transactions to increase fees instead of the one transaction that was short on funds. True example: transaction was processed for $17, they didn't post the previous nights transactions until the next day after the 8 am transaction, received $288 in NSF for being $4 off from that mornings purchase of $17. I've been with them for almost 30 years and they are getting worse. Wells Fargo is looking really good right now.

I have nothing good to say about this credit union. They are rude and unprofessional and it is VERY clear that the people in charge do not care about anyone but themselves. I had multiple bad experiences here and the only positive experience I had was with a loan officer named Matt when I was applying for a loan. I ended up going elsewhere even though he was thorough, professional and very helpful because everyone else I had to deal with along the way was not. I prefer to use credit unions because they are supposed to be better for the members but this one definitely is not. Stay far away from Orlando Credit Union!

I’ve been banking with Orlando Credit Union for some time now. House purchases, vehicles, motorcycle, retirement; it’s all the simplest tasks with them. Rabih, Kim and Matt take care of me whenever I have questions and get everything in order with no hesitation. I recommend this bank and I am thankful for all of the employees!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
