Now I truly understand why my mom prefers going to the bank in person instead of using online banking. She loves that the staff knows her by name after so many years — and to her, that personal connection is priceless. It means so much to see the team patiently help her, even when things need to be explained more than once… and always with kindness and a smile. ❤️ A HUGE shout-out to Priority Credit Union at 301 E. Michigan St., Orlando, FL, for having such a professional, caring, and attentive staff. Special thanks to Irina Palacios, Miranda, Yolanda, Debbie, and Gitzie — thank you for helping my mom and making her feel valued every time she walks in. I truly appreciate all of you!

I have been working with this credit union for years, and the team there never disappoints. They go above and beyond to serve their clients providing the best products and customer service. The most recent experience was with Fredy, who helped us with a vehicle loan. He was kind, knowledgeable and provided top notch customer service. People like him is what makes us continue to be a client for life. Thank you Fredy for all that you do!

We were looking to buy a new used car and contacted our Priority Credit Union in Lake Mary. (members since 1987) We spoke to Nancy Rivera who directed us to Fredy Espinosa the Loan Officer. The process was stress free and so professional. Both Nancy and Fredy made us feel so important and gave us the confidence and many critical tips before entering the dealership negotiations. We nailed the dealership down to a final price and then told them we had a hefty downpayment. Our final request was for the dealer to give us a price for our trade-in. We followed our Priority Credit Unions advice and got a fabulous deal. I would like to thank both Nancy Rivera and Fredy Espinosa for everything they did. The Priority Credit Union's rate was so much lower.

I want to express my gratitude to Gina Nieves at Priority Credit Union in Orlando. During a time when I was going through some real challenges and hardships, Gina was consistently pleasant, attentive, and truly understanding. She treated me with kindness and respect, never rushing me and making sure I felt heard every step of the way. Her professionalism, combined with her genuine compassion, meant more to me than she probably realizes. Thank you, Gina, for your patience, support, and exceptional service.
