Recently applied for a loan. Went through a few options and was given attitude and spoken to like I was an inconvenience. App sucks and doesn’t work hardly at all. They used to be great and never had any issues. Closed my account and went to Barwick.

This has to be the worst credit union I have ever had the pleasure of being a member of. If they make a mistake, the customer definitely pays for it. They made a mistake on my account which cost me almost $10,000 and made me pay for it by forcing me to take a loan out at 19% interest. That was the only way that they would unfreeze my account. Run from this bank if you are thinking about joining.

I've been a member for 20+ years and today was the worst experience I have ever received. I was spoken to like I was a bother to the 3 people I spoke to. So in so many words they told me they do not want my business and that's fine because TD customer service is so much better. Yes I left them just using 1st coast account for auto pays. And their drive through is ridiculous.

Customer service is trash, app has not worked for weeks and they don’t care if the members are happy or not. What a shame! Bank elsewhere!!!!

I’ve been a customer since I was 11 years old and at 34 I can truly say this credit union is amazing. The customer service is always on point. Marialaina Bianca is professional, handles things in a timely manner and always gets the job done. She’s a strong leader and it truly shows. I would recommend this credit union.
