I had an excellent experience with Velocity Community Credit Union! Ingrid, Melissa, and Sandra all went above and beyond to help me secure my auto loan. Even when the dealership was being difficult and dragging things out, they stayed on top of everything and kept things moving. They communicated clearly, worked quickly, and truly made me feel like a priority. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and dedication.
