I cannot say enough great things about Gold Coast Federal Credit Union in West Palm Beach! From start to finish, the entire team made my car-buying and loan process smooth, stress-free, and truly enjoyable. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain every step of the loan application process, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident in every decision. A special thank you to Katie Johnson, who went above and beyond to diligently walk me through the entire car-buying journey. Her communication, attention to detail, and dedication made all the difference. She ensured everything stayed on track and that I fully understood my options. This review is for Ms. Sandra Garcia, Member Service Representative and Denny Sangiovanni, Mortgage Loan Underwriter - for their excellent customer service. Ms. Garcia handled my new membership registration promptly. I completed the membership application online, and Ms. Garcia called me the next day - to confirm all information, and to collect any additional documents. She was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. The account opening process was easy and efficient. All thanks to Ms. Sandra Garcia. In addition, Ms. Garcia, took time to connect me with Denny Sangiovanni, Mortgage Loan Underwriter, to process a mortgage loan I needed. Denny was also a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable. Once I completed the loan application online, Denny contacted me; Answered my many questions patiently, and handled everything promptly, clearly and in a concise manner. Danny outlined and emailed me all required documents and confirmed receipt of each documents, as he received them. He also kept me informed throughout the entire process. The loan was processed and closed within a very efficient timeframe. I am enormously pleased with the entire process and systems the CU has in place, from start to finish. Thai used to be a 5 star review praising Sandra in member services. Turns out it was just a façade to get an account. They are all very helpful until you actually need help. Constant app issues. For some reason they put spending limits on the account. What for?? It’s my money. I should be able to spend it when I want too. There’s no and I mean ZERO customer service on the weekends if your card doesn’t work. They tell you to call card services. But “card services” do not have access to spending limit changes or withdrawal issues. Only lost/stolen cards, disputes and that’s all. Look for better services. Clearly I have to do the same!

I worked with Ms. K. Johnson to complete my loan and deposit funds into my account. She explained every aspect of the loan approval process and each document that required my signature. She also assisted setting up my member account for automatic payments so I will not have to worry about about that when I travel. She was a pleasure to work with.
