Finding an ATM to withdraw cash is neither simple nor convenient when members have to search online just to locate a compatible machine. Banking has evolved, and the expectation of paying fees just to access your own money is quickly becoming outdated. I would strongly encourage Tyndall Credit Union to consider adopting a model similar to USAA by waiving or refunding ATM fees for members, regardless of the ATM network or location. This would greatly improve convenience and demonstrate a stronger commitment to member-focused service.

Tyndall Federal Credit Union takes care of their members. They provide excellent service, professional & personable attention to us, no matter what in our banking needs. The reward program this year that they have giving back, will makeso my sister's trip in February will be even more fun. I will buy them dinner, thanks to this reward. God Bless you all at Tyndall.

Tyndall Credit Union is the best and here is why I say so. I'm in my 50s. For years I have had banks that cheated me out of my money with fines, fees made up out of the blue and lack of interest applied. Saying nothing of their in person and online presence, their system of honoring customers for their time and financial dealings, alone is what keeps me a customer. Truly, a credit union that honors their customers with yearly financial rewards just can't be beat. As long as they continue their fine service and respect, they will have my husband and I as a customer. Thank you Tyndall for staying above the rest.

I was told if I did more on line banking, use of credit/debit card etc That my give back amount would be larger this year To my disappointment it's much less than I've gotten before. They should have kept the $50.00 compared to years of getting much more for less time online. I've been a member for over 35 years and TYNDALL has been good to me and I think I've faithful to them. I've two continuous direct deposit for decades and have paid my bills with them on time and will continue to do so.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
