Of course my name isn't Susan Baxley. It's Angela M. Howe, from the Crawfordville, Florida branch. I have had over $75,000.00 over the course of April 2018- November 2024 stolen from me. Just last year alone was $50,000.00 and branch manager Debbie Kirkley knew it, and Ms. Casseaux area manager she stated told me "They would not be reimbursing my money". Ask the tellers, they knew it also. I hope I see you in handcuffs soon!

A $10 fee to get a debit card? No option to freeze your card on their app, no available help on weekends for stolen cards? Trash bank. Update: had to deal with your bank again. Yet another terrible experience. Once my direct deposit changes, I'm heading to navy fed. You shouldn't need an exception through management at a branch to get a half way decent experience from a credit union. Your customers aren't the priority and it shows.

Really don’t make since for a person to contact you about loan service at 930 am and the loan person Courtney to be exact says she’s gonna get back with you right away then you realize its 4pm and she still haven’t contacted you and she reassures the other person on the phone that she will definitely call you back before she leaves to let you know something but then 439pm comes around and no call at all!! The person on the phone says she left; I really feel like the manager needs to be notified and address this situation especially when you’re trying to get your child a vehicle before their birthday in a manner that fits your job schedule because everyone can’t just get off work to handle business just whenever. This really was uncalled for and really unprofessional!!! I understand it’s Friday and you was ready to leave but communication is everything!! We’ve been with central credit union/loyalty credit union for years and never had such a bad experience!! I hope this don’t continue and be addressed in the proper manner! But for the most part we don’t ever want to have Courtney handle anything as far as a loan we much rather have Ms Wanda or someone that’s dedicated and proud to do their job professionally at loyalty credit union!!!! If Courtney will be your loan agent make sure you ask for someone else she is not fit to get the job you would want done!!! My husband and I are considering another financial institution at the moment preferably sofi where we hopefully we’ll have better services!!

I used the Bayou location to open my account and sign and finalize the paperwork for a motorcycle loan. The branch manager was extremely helpful and we were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Thanks to Loyalty Credit Union and its staff I now have the bike of my dreams at an amazing rate. Thank you Loyalty and a huge shoutout to my loan officer Mrs. Courtney Carpenter for her diligence and thorough handling of my case.

I would like to thank the entire team at the Pensacola Central Credit Union of Florida for a great experience. Barbara MacNeil helped me first in promoting their services and special promotions and encouraged me to apply. She emailed me an application and upon completion referred me to Regina Mosley at the call center. I had several contacts with Regina which was very warm, helpful and in the end bore fruit. Regina helped to arrange a meeting with Kendall Burton from the Cordova Branch where the loan was finalized. I really felt like I was dealing with family through the entire process. Ms. Burton even helped me to set up an app on my iPhone to access my new accounts and made sure I was comfortable with the app before I left. The experience I had is what a great model of "customer service" should look like. I am indeed a new customer, and I gladly recommend the great folks at Central Credit Union for your banking needs!
