Members First Credit Union went above and beyond with opening my membership account and obtaining a loan in a timely fashion with minimal difficulties that are expected during the origination process. I’d like to also compliment the branch on 9 mile and in particular Mary Wade. She was very attentive to my questions. She was very well versed and knowledgeable of everything and she walked it through with me every single step of the way. It was literally stress free experience. I’m glad it was Mary assigned to my application. Members Service is lucky to have Mary and I look forward to a long and financially successful member relationship for years to come thanks to Mary Wade and the branch reps on 9 mile. Janet (British lady) was friendly and efficient in assisting me with increasing my daily withdrawal amount in order to make a down payment on my new vehicle. However, after the confusing and unfortunate issues occurred with my debit card, another associate kindly assisted me, but needed additional assistance to find out the cause of the debit card misunderstanding. Janet was again able to assist me and find out the root cause of the card issue. She assured me she would monitor my account while I reattempted to complete the transaction over the phone. After it was completed, she promptly called to make sure I knew that the transaction went through and to congratulate me on my new vehicle purchase. Throughout her assistance with me, she was cordial, friendly, upbeat, positive, and assured me that she would make sure everything would be fixed to my satisfaction. She’s definitely an asset to your company and her beautiful attitude along with an amazing accent help to make customers at ease when dealing with financial mishaps! Thku again Janet!

I had been waiting for my veterans education checks for 3 months now, and was told I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for verification, and when Janet got on the phone she resolved my problems IMMEDIATELY. She verified my checks within 30 minutes. Always wonderful customer service but Janet was beyond that level of customer service.
