What a amazing experience. After getting a recommendation to give them a call for a refinance on my auto, I sent a email. Quickly was sent the requirements list to join. Provided the simple info and had a account setup. I think was put in contact with Beth in the loan office. She hands down provided the best service I have ever had for the entire loan process. She quickly setup, completed all the required paperwork, acquired the loan from my previous bank and finished my new loan. I recieved a great rate, with add on services with little effort on my end, completed by amazing professionals. She kept me in the loop on everything going on and helped with ways to improve my loan and save money. I couldnt be happier. I will recommend my Pensacola credit union to everyone I know now! The fact that it's a smaller business with personal people in a local area that you can reach and communicate with is one of the best things. Thank you Beth, when I need any loan services, you will be my first call.

We have been shopping for a new RV for several months and finally found one we love. It worked out great since My Pensacola Credit Union was having a special on their interest rates at the same time. So, we sent in our application and requested to work with Tara since she has been our "go to" for loans several times before. Tara took such fabulous care of us. We received an approval quickly, Tara let us know exactly what she needed from us to close the loan, she kept us informed along the way, sent us all the options we had for the term and associated interest rates so that we could make an informed decision and worked diligently to help us close on our timeframe. We have done business with this credit union for decades and Tara is a bright very bright spot in our relationship history!
