I had a short wait since I was a walk in, but once Ryan greeted me I was able to get the information I needed and open my accounts quickly and easily. She explained everything clearly, was very pleasant and it was frankly the most enjoyable banking experience I've ever had. I feel like my decision to join PenAir was the right thing for me.

Car city Pen Air branch has the best service for customer service. You get to do your transactions with a live teller. Dislike using the ATM's and the "boxes" you talk into in a lobby and the people around you can hear you. I like Corry Station branch also has excellent service. Same reasons. Human contact and more personable experience. I like my transactions safe and lobby transactions are not!

Becky is a treasure! (In Gulf breeze branch) She helped me refinance my loans and credit card so quick and easily!! She saved me hundreds of dollars helping me transfer from Wells Fargo. Thank you Becky!

We moved to Alabama in April 2025, had some completely awful experiences with some of the banks here in town. Finally asked our new friends where to bank and were told Pen Air is the place to keep our monies. We have been more than pleased that we decided to bank with Pen Nair. This week I had some banking matters to handle and I was VERY pleased with my experience. Stacey, one of the personal bankers at the 9 Mile branch, was by far one of the kindest people that I have encountered in a long time especially in customer service and hospitality. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient while answering all of my questions. She made a genuine effort to create a personal connection and truly exceeded my expectations. I was also very pleased with the new extension of the branch—it was simple, clean, and welcoming. I left with everything I needed taken care of, as well as a new personal banker I look forward to working with in the future for my banking needs. Thank you Stacey at Pen Air off 9 MILE :)
